Kindred Roots is run by Zachary Edmonds. Zak has two years of experience farming in the Ozarks. Zak took a leap into farming after a career working in the trades. Searching for a different pace of life, Zak moved from Milwaukee to Bentonville. His first two years of farming were extremely challenging, yet he persevered in situations most people would’ve walked away from. Zak helped us rebuild after a tornado devastated the farm in 2024.

Kindred Roots was created from the desire to build a meaningful life even in the most difficult of circumstances. We are so pleased that Zak is one of our incubator farmers. His dedication and sense of humor will win you over. Come cheer him on with us and his new farm, Kindred Roots.

Kindred Roots grows primarily for Pedaler’s Pub. Kindred Roots also supplies our farm store and member’s only market.
